We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, we will give you an exchange or refund. We will not refund postage costs. When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as SilkWeb cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note SilkWeb will not arrange or pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. SilkWeb reserves the right to charge for any next day or overseas delivery of any goods subsequently returned under the DSR Act/ Consumer Contracts Regulation.

We cannot accept a return when:
you return your product to us without proof of purchase;
the goods were a special order to your specification;
the goods have been used
Delivery Outside the UK
Where the shipping address is outside the UK delivery times will naturally take longer. The delivery is also likely to incur extra charges to be paid by the recipient to the local delivery agent. This may include import duties and local VAT. This depends if the goods are stopped by local customs. These costs will not be paid by Silkweb.
