Ordering within UK

STANDARD DELIVERY

Delivery is free for all orders over £50 within mainland UK. 

Once an order is packed and dispatched, it takes approximately four to five business days to arrive within mainland UK.

We tend to use Royal Mail for our free Standard Delivery but reserve the right to use alternative shipping companies.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We offer a Next Day Delivery option. This is a chargeable service and is charged depending on weight and volume of your order. The fee is calculated during checkout but will normally start from £8.50.

We tend to use DPD for our Next Day Delivery but reserve the right to use alternative shipping companies.

The cut-off for Next Day Delivery is 2:00pm to allow us to process the order and arrange the courier pickup. An order placed on Friday before 2:00pm or the day before a public holiday will be delivered on the Monday or next working day.

We are closed Bank Holidays and Weekends, so orders on these days will not be processed until the next working business day.

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands will take longer than Next Day but will be sent via an Express Service.

We reserve the right to not provide a refund for Next Day Shipping if once placed with the courier they do not fulfil their Next Day commitment due to unforeseen circumstances.

TRACK YOUR ORDER WITH NEXT DAY SERVICE

Orders are safely sent normally using DPD depending on the destination.

A unique tracking number DPD website link will be emailed to you by our customer service team so you can check your order’s delivery progress and status.
